A Tractor Run with a Difference Celebrating 135 years of Mahons Sunday 5th May 2019

On 5th May 2019, Mahons Hotel have organised a vintage Massey Fergus 135 Tractor Run in aid of the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance and The Fermanaghs Childrens Hospice.

We are hoping that over this May bank holiday weekend as many supporters, tractor enthusiasts and locals will come out to cheer on this spectacle which will congregate at the carpark to the rear of the hotel and finish in the grounds of Necarne Castle forming a giant ONE THREE FIVE.

Joe Mahon explains "we are continuing our year of celebrations with this tractor run in aid of the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance and hope that once the run reaches Necarne Estate we will have enough Massey Ferguson 135 tractors for form the numbers one, three and five.  We will be recording this event via drone filming and hope that local press will also get behind the event with coverage leading up to and during the event".

This event is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland and quite possibly the island of Ireland, we are looking forward to seeing these elegantly restored tractors parade the roads surrounding Irvinestown before getting to Necarne Estate.  We have invited tractor clubs from across the island to take part.  Already creating significant interest this event is sure to be a fabulous event.

Tractor owners are encouraged to arrive at Mahons Hotel Carpark from 12noon with the run starting at 2.00pm.
